  • How long does it take to get a quote?

    Most projects are quoted within 24 hours of brief receipt. Complex multi-component or multi-product briefs may take 48 to 72 hours. You will hear back from us either way — no inquiry goes unanswered.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    For fully custom packaging, our typical minimum is 10 to 25 units depending on complexity and tooling involved. Standard products such as Yato, Rose and Pelican hard cases, and the Vaara range, can be ordered in smaller quantities.

  • How long does prototyping take?

    Prototypes typically take five to ten working days after design approval. Complex CNC foam inserts or multi-cavity hard case fits may take longer. We will share a specific prototype timeline with your quote.

  • Do you ship outside India?

    Yes. We service clients across South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Shipping costs and timelines are quoted separately based on destination, weight, and incoterms preference.

  • Can you match my brand colours and add custom logos?

    Yes. We offer logo printing, debossing, screen-printing, and Pantone-matched finishes on aluminium, foam, and plastic cases. Share your brand guidelines with the inquiry and we will match exactly.

  • What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

    We accept CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP), PDFs with dimensions, technical drawings, and photos with measurements. If you only have a sketch or a sample of the product, that works too — our design team will take it from there.
